  • In-stock swimwear will ship or be ready for pickup in 1-2 business days. As all made to order swimsuits are sewn by one person, ( me! ) lead time is 3-4 weeks, depending on how busy I am.

    There is an add-on option for faster production- which can be found at the bottom of each listing and here on my shop page.

    If you have chosen to have your merchandise shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Priority shipping takes 2-3 days on average, and ground takes 3-5 days for most locations within the USA.

  • If you are on Martha’s Vineyard during the summer months, you can choose to pick up your order for free instead of having it shipped! This option is available at checkout- usually June through September. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with directions to the pick up location in Chilmark. For in stock swimwear you can expect to hear from me within 48 hours, and for made to order swim, the usual 3-4 weeks. If you prefer to have your order shipped via USPS you can select that option at checkout!

  • Every full-price suit is sent in a hand screen-printed muslin bag with care instructions. Orders of sale items totaling more than $100 will also come in a printed bag.

  • I may be able to ship your order outside of the US, depending on the country and the customs/tax requirements. Because the pricing and customs requirements are so variable, I do not have a set a shipping option. If you would like to have your suit shipped outside the US please contact me via email first and we can discuss shipping options!

  • I want you to absolutely LOVE your suit!  If the size, style or fabric doesn’t work for you, I’ll gladly accept any full price merchandise for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving your order. This applies to both in-stock and made-to-order suits, but excludes discounted items purchased from the sale rack— which are final sale.

    Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit. You’re welcome to swap for another piece of equal value, apply the value toward a different style (just pay the difference), or receive a gift card for a future purchase.

    Merchandise must be clean, unwashed and unworn (trying it on is an exception).

    If you’d like to exchange a suit, you can start the process here! There is no charge for exchanges, but I do expect my customers to cover shipping both ways.

    If you’re unsure of what you would like to exchange for—and need my help picking a new style, size or fabrics—there is a place to note that on the exchange form <3

  • Your suit should last for years with good care!  I recommend hand washing in cold water and drying flat on a towel.  If you must put it in the wash, be sure that it is on a cold setting and protected in a delicates bag! Please note that your suit will last much longer if you only hand wash it.
