You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return to me, and the cost of shipping your exchange piece back to you when it is ready- which will be paid at checkout.

I always aim to ship out the exchange as soon as possible after receiving your return, but if I am sewing a new suit for you, I appreciate your patience- especially in my busy season!

I usually ship via USPS, but you can choose whichever carrier you prefer. I recommend that you obtain tracking and insure your return, as I cannot be responsible if it gets lost in the mail!

When your exchange piece(s) ship, you will get an additional email with tracking.
